Counselling & Therapy

Life isn’t always easy or straightforward. Sometimes it’s helpful to have someone outside your situation to talk to. We offer a confidential, supportive and safe space to help address any personal challenges and difficulties you might be facing.

Following an initial assessment with one of our counsellors, we offer up to 6 short-term counselling or therapy sessions. These may be available online or in-person.

All of our counsellors are fully qualified and accredited, and work in compliance with their professional counselling body. Our counsellors are all practicing Christians, but welcome clients from all different faiths, background and cultures.
